Smitter, why would the company file that the total offering amount to be is 1,000,000 if they as you say have no intentions of raising that full amount.

They could of filed for the total offering amount to be far less like 150k, 250k heck even 500k

Buttt no Mr.solano and his yellow lambo have to squeeze the full 504 amount for each year.
