Enzo, the 504 states there gonna sell shares for more than just this year If needed. We may see zero dilution for a long time.

How else due you think start up companies get going. 504's are becoming very common.

If he uses the shares sparingly then there is nothing to worry about. I see Pinks getting crushed all the time by dilution and shareholders can't do anything about. At least we know where we stand.
