Cbrad you may be correct. If the toxic 504 dilution is over then yeah the teens are behind us.

My only thing with the form D is that the total offering amount they indicated is to be 1 million dollars worth and thus far to date they did 110k of the million.

That's only 11 percent of the 504 done

If they plan to do the whole million .. Which every pinky tries to do then were looking at billions being served here.

I hope I am wrong but it is a possibility.
