I wish you actually knew the facts about when the SEC started their actions.

The SEC started their investigation long before I came forward. They had spoken to a broker in Oklahoma back in March/April regarding the forged Pensley letters. They had talked to an informant that showed them evidence of wash sales and hired promoters.

What is great, as I stated before, is that to prove Libel they have to prove that their was a change in perception about the company. Good luck proving that, just look at shareholders to prove otherwise.

That being said, I have all the evidence I need to prove that this is a malicious attack and an abuse of the legal system. We are drafting a response if served that will get this squashed quickly.

I suggest that you shareholders read carefully the NY anti-SLAPP laws, libel laws, freedom of speech laws and the federal laws pertaining to complaints filed with the SEC and the requirements of proof.

Most important of all, they have to prove the SEC charges in the wells notice are wrong before they can claim anything.

Have Fun.
