Having SPA is a huge advantage for the POZN. I really dont see anything stand out that may not be good with FDA. The only other thing that can be a possible issue, are some manufacturing issues, but from my communication with their IR department it seems all ready to go. They have been down this path once before, plus they got the big boys working with them.
