Happy that you are checking on that. As I said, I am not bashing here. It can go up or down...it TOTALLY doesn't matter to me. I am NOT going to buy back into this thing.

BUT. I would like to know the answer here. In my opinon, the SEC verbage is pretty specific on the website. They not only have to file to show ownership, but they have to file within a certain timeframe.

I remember being involved in a penny some years back and when the 10K was published and audited, the accounting firm that peformed the audit warned the officers that there were not compliant with the SEC rules in that regard(specifically the filing forms 3,4 and 5).

I firmly believe they have to comply with it, regardless of the information also given out in the other financial filings.
