You must not have been around long enough to catch the Howard Goldberg allusion in my post. Matsushita, also know by the trade name Panasonic, was a new/updated license when Howard was CEO. In CC's and ASM's Howard pronounced Matsushita almost as many different ways as the word has letters, often times within the same speech... and never did get it right. The Norm Crosby of CEO's.

But that Matsushita license came about at a time when deals were very few and far between for IDCC, so they got a lot of mileage out of it. I always thought it would have been better if he would have just said, "Panasonic"...
