"Annual Report" was in DEC 31 2006 . SO the BIG Question is NOW "WHY is the SEC allowing this Company to keep going, if it is not going to FILE ANYTHING ! this is a Very FAR CRY of being Fully Reporting as STEVE Once said the Company was doing ?? Why are investors allowing him to keep silent????? why are investors not calling him or emailing him or knocking on his Door to see what is going on ???????? jmho
IMHO cause he is a POS and at this point no one cares what the F*#k he is doing.. Steve has proven he is a lier and scum.. so who care about his bull s#$t annual reports..they are full of lies and untruths at the min.. plus the SEC is worthless as well..
