NO FilINGS at ALL from the Company Since the company Filed its Form 15-12G to drop back into pinky land on the "14-May-2009" & the last time they did file an 8K was in April 24 2009 and the last time we seen a Quarterly Report was in Mar 31 2007, and the last time the company file an "Annual Report" was in DEC 31 2006 . SO the BIG Question is NOW "WHY is the SEC allowing this Company to keep going, if it is not going to FILE ANYTHING ! this is a Very FAR CRY of being Fully Reporting as STEVE Once said the Company was doing ?? Why are investors allowing him to keep silent????? why are investors not calling him or emailing him or knocking on his Door to see what is going on ???????? jmho
