The government has investigated this matter for several years and the conduct underlying the charged offenses goes back over four years. Based on the foregoing and the need to further investigate the charges, which involves conduct and participants in Hong Kong, in order to effectively prepare our defense, Mr. Mangiapane, requires several additional months in that regard as well.
