If we are to believe Matin there are at most 2.5 million shares outstanding. One of these days the truth will be revealed through an audit, but it may be months from now. If the O/S is 6 million we will have no idea what the shares were used for with the exception of financing.

If someone would contact Veltex and ask to speak to Matin regarding a private placement perhaps you will gleen some insight. I have gone that route with him and he has declined to deal with me any further.
