If there are more than the 2.3 million shares outstanding, I don't know which is worse:

1) the earnings dilution

2) the deception of managment and p.r.

or 3) the flood of shares that will soon be sold (if in fact they were sold for .50-60 each and had to be held for three months we will soon see a wave of selling).
