All in all very good day for Tronox faithfuls. It still amazes me how they're able to keep the lid on with almost 650k in total volume (A & B shares) with small gains. IMO, I don't think whole lot of shorting is going on, but rather shares, whatever small numbers of shares in MMs' inventory, is being passed around to appear as selling. Inspite of what appear as someone selling bunch shares at $0.85 on B, all those shares were absorbed and ended up green.

When I looked at the bond prices, I almost fell off the chair. Simply fabulous.

I know you have held Tronox shares pre-bk and being in the industry, know better than all of us the economics of TiO2 industry. As you have stated with TiO2 prices and demand picking up very nicely and coupled with Tronox emerging from bk essentially debt free and free of environmental liabilites, it is potentially in the best position of its corporate history.

I am a firm believer that the biggest price appreciation will come after bk exit and relisting on NYSE. With macro economy improving and the demand of TiO2 increasing sharply especially in emerging markets like China and Brazil, Tronox will have earnings power and will one day become a possible acquisition target.

Could Tronox regain its former valuation after the spin-off? With streamlined reorganized operation with no appreciable debt and liabilites, the answer is emphatic yes. I hope everyone on this board develop longer term investment horizon when it relates to Tronox. Hang on to every share you own because much better days are ahead.
