KATX (.06) Do you have company information on them?

I have tried to do research on this company within my two brokerage companies and I am not able to look up any information on them.

Do you have a projected target price on this company in the next month, 3 months?

Do you know the Outstanding Shares for this company over the last 5 years? I am trying to determine if thay have did a reverse stock split or if they may be deluting their shares by adding more each year as some other companies have done.

Or maybe you have a link to a website that will give all the technical information on them that I am not able to find in my brokerage companies.
