I own alot of shares here and I am afraid the only way this will see above .01 is a Reverse Split. This is the onky way it can happen. I can flip this thing to even out, but we have waited a long time to just see .0089, do they have anything that can move it. Watson has already said he does not care about financials and will not report them, so the next way to get the price up is R/S.
