I'm an admin on the Christian Traders board and wasn't keeping up with the number of members wanting more info from Vegas. The USCA halt had everyone back home a little freaked out, but in Vegas it didn't seem to be weighing too heavily on the people who came out for the weekend. When I did check in with the boards they seemed to know more about what was going on rumor wise than I did.

Saturday - The Day of the Big Event

Saturday Morning I met with a small group from Christian Traders for Breakfast. Then I hurried off to do some chores with Dreamweaver for the events at Aliante Park. The day hurried by. I think I sang another set on Saturday Afternoon. I listened to some of the other CMKX musician's.


There were large screens with USCA and CMKX mining on them up high in the corners of the room. The stage had balloons in the ceiling and there were all kinds of door prizes that were being given away. There was a small talk about CMKX and the prizes were given out. It was fun, but when that part ended it was clear that there would be no news for the shareholders. That was puzzling to me. It was not unexpected since the halt in USCA made it unlikely we would hear anything that involved them, but to have a room full of shareholders who came out for good news to not be told anything was odd.
