according to my friend:

I followed the link to "Investors Hub" from your email and initiated the sfc /scannow module as specified by "tc" in post 1338 and it worked. I can now use "send to" in a normal matter.


Eye think Eye may have stumbled on a workaround to solve the Icons in the start bar problem.

Hopefully these solutions will allow him to run XP normally.
