We are now starting the due diligence phase of the process and once
that is complete the next phase will be the finalizing of all documents
necessary to close this transaction; which could be as soon as April 10, 2010.

Which of course is all entirely bogus nonsense. This company told everyone back in mid March that the company's BOD had already approved the deal. If there was a real deal already approved, why would they just be starting due diligence? Isn't that totally backwards?

These scamming con men don't even know how to keep their story straight. In their excitement to scam newbies and dump newly printed stock, they forget what they have already told people when they concoct their next lie.
