We are now starting the due diligence phase of the process and once
that is complete the next phase will be the finalizing of all documents
necessary to close this transaction; which could be as soon as April 10, 2010.

This is a quote from the last PR. Many think we are supposed to have a closing on the 10th, which we are not. If you look at the sentence it says the first order of business is to finish due diligence. Then the next phase is to finalize the documents. What are the documents for? Yes to close the transaction, but the phase of WRITING the documents will start after the 10th.
Actually....they COULD start...if due diligence is over by then.
