as to the limits....I won't argue that....but, this incident was a doctor's office....not an emergency room....(if you wish to call it anecdotal, you may)...

soooo, I must ask:

who pays for it? Local taxpayers? State allocation of funds to the hospital/clinic/doctor? Federal money?

PS: watching TV today? look at the march/rally for the illegals looking to push/fast-track the amnesty issue....

let's see....passage of Obama care and the immediate rally for amnesty for illegal aliens....must just be a grand coincidence....right?
