The purchase agreement said they had $330K in a DDA, so there is some cash to burn through, how much is left, no clue.

1) Does XMDC get SL 541 miliion shares back?
2) Are XMDC lawyers paid as they go or after case is finished
3) Contract with engineer salary or ownership
4) Paul's personal financial condition
5) Does SL have to pay damages
6) Plus many other variables I'm not even thinking about

To many variables that are unknown to answer the question of where does additional liquidity come from.

Tradesamo: that is a theory we discussed at the beginning when the PPS fell hard, the way buyers stepped in didn't make sense and the way the support was maintained didn't make sense.
