Non-deal road-shows:
Our objective is to deliver high quality institutional sales and trading services. This includes sourcing the best unbiased ideas and providing detailed follow up on all positions taken by our clients. Analyst Support:
In addition to providing direct access to company managements, Pyrenees Capital works closely with the equity analysts from our correspondent brokerage firms in the U.S. and Europe. We act as a filter to insure that each client receives actionable investment strategies that conform to their particular investment style. This service includes frequent one on one visits between equity analysts and our institutional clients, as well as daily commentary and insightful research.
Block Trading:
By leveraging the strength of our large institutional clientele, we can assist our corporate and institutional clients with selling or acquiring large positions of stock. We offer discreet execution for complex transactions with minimal market impact. We will facilitate the process with transfer agents, traders, and other intermediaries as necessary.

Capital Raises for Hedge Funds and Money Managers:

In the course of our institutional sales and corporate finance duties we come into contact with many talented fund mangers. Many of these fund managers want to increase their funds under management, but do not want to take the focus off their asset management while soliciting new funds. This is the sort of client that Pyrenees Capital can represent the greatest value added for. With the robust growth of institutional assets dedicated to investing in talented fund managers in attractive sectors Pyrenees Capital views this emerging business as a good opportunity. However, we look to be selective in the managers we represent so we ensure that we bring only the highest quality offerings to our fund of fund contacts.

Private Placement of Equity Securities:

Emerging growth companies often need private capital to fund their expansion and fully take advantage of market opportunities. Pyrenees Capital provides their corporate clients with access to the private capital markets. Through our close working relationship with the Venture Capital and Private Equity community, our team is well positioned to provide impartial advice on sourcing and structuring capital raises for M&A transactions and corporate growth. We are also active in "PIPE" financings for publicly-traded companies who have a need to raise capital in a more efficient and time sensitive manner than a registered secondary public offering process might allow.

Senior Management:
Founder & President:
Mr. Jonathan Curreri graduated with a degree in Economics and International Affairs form the University of Colorado in 1989. Mr. Curreri has 13 years of capital market experience, and has raised over $100 million in private and public financing for early stage growth companies. Mr. Curreri worked in California for Cohig and Associates creating their European institutional sales department as well as sourcing and placing several start up ventures. In 1999 he opened and managed the European institutional equity sales office out of London for BB&T Capital Markets, a bank holding company with $100 billion in assets. After his experience with BB&T, Mr. Curreri founded Pyrenees Capital, S.L. in 2003.

Managing Director:
Mr. Thomas Miguel Bull graduated from the European Business School London in 1995, and subsequently started working for Deutsche Bank in Global Markets Bond Sales in London and Frankfurt. In 1998 he moved to Deutsche Morgan Grenfell’s equity brokerage division in Frankfurt covering UK-based clients for the German market. In 2000 he joined Commerzbank Securities’ Small- and Midcap Sales team which ranked top five globally in the Thomson Extel Survey in the years from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Bull joined Pyrenees Capital in 2003.

Managing Director:
Mr. Michael Koenigsberger graduated from the University of Southern California in 1991. Mr. Koenigsberger has ten years of experience in the capital markets. He has worked at Bear Hunter Specialist a subsidiary of Bear Stearns, Rodman and Renshaw, and as a Managing Director for the Kriegsman Group in Los Angeles where he was responsible for both public and private healthcare and technology financings. Mr. Koenigsberger joined Pyrenees in 2004.
