Someone posted the % as 25% based on the basis of restricted shares. I dont think all restricted shares are owned by management though.
I dont think we got scammed. We just ran way too fast to 1.60, and have now dropped way too fast to 30s and 40s. SM is no longer relevant to this stock. Infact the farther they are, the better it is, for this stock. Let this company survive on its own rather than promotions.
Dont worry about the scams, just worry about the sales numbers :) If they are good, no Tom Dick and Harry (including TS) can bring the stock down.
