If CBAI hasn't done so to date then my strongest suggestion at this juncture would be they hire the best grant writers. They are worth every penny to receive these sources of money. For less than $60k per full-time employee a business can receive hundreds of millions of dollars in grant awards; April is marked with deadlines for new funding opportunities so they would need to move quickly.

Less than 90 days away from the start of the most comprehensive legislature in my existence with a release of $5B in funding; there have to be grants and initiatives attached to some of those released funds. Shame on CBAI if its not in the hunt imo.
