the Guru's comments on the yahoo thread last night. Here is what was posted below. I don't know whether these comments make me more optimistic or less!

"The existing board cannot tell the truth. They are the prime reason we are in this hell. They all deserve to walk the plank and will. When the story unfolds Ripley will not believe it, and the lawyers will really have a field day with what is revealed. It is criminal what the BOD has done to this company. Lord Steinberg was the designer, and his bad judgement stated this ball rolling downhill in a serious way. Current management are pituitary dwarves. They really should be brought to justice. No one has ever seen corporate malfeasance such as this."

"The class action suits are total bs and will never see light of day. A bunch of scumbag lawyers picking on the carcass. It will all go away."
