Haysaw, H-2 2011 is a realistic timeline for inking an ADHD deal, assuming it takes 12 months to complete the trial, and the trial starts in Summer 2010. That would give approx 6 months to get a deal done from the time the ADHD data is available.

More money will likely be needed to get there though. Sources include -

-- Some exercising of warrants

-- A high impacts deal

-- Some type of deal involving SA

-- Another financing with Samyang

-- Some combination of the above


One way or another though, we will get ADHD data on CX-1739, which is something we couldn't have said with any certainty 2 weeks ago. Of course this assumes no more hassles from Psychiatric Division/Laughren on running the ADHD trial.
