Does it matter who wrote the contract??? NO! And if you don't understand tandum selling with vendor/oem, best to keep your lack of knowledge quiet. Your agenda is soooo obvious and unless you were at the meetings, you have NO IDEA who closed the deal. Who wrote the contract means nothing in the bog picture...money still spends the same.
