I heard something mentioned about the NHL today. Is this some league similar to the XFL? Hardly mentioned at all the last couple months. It doesn't seem missed by anyone, I sure don't miss it. Might as well shut the whole league down at start a new.

A year or two ago Letterman had a clip of what was shown at the end of the Stanley Cup on tv. It said the NHL would like to thank the following NHL fans for watching their sport and then proceeded to go through a list of maybe 40 people. It was hilarious! I thought I saw a couple of my friends on that one but they don't even care now. Olympic hockey is much better anyways and I can handle it every 4 years.
