Zeev, appreciate NXTP discussion. "Could trade violently" is good! <g>

Other issue in this deal is 2/3 of NXTP is owned by small number of institutions, incl. NXTL, Fido and 2 other funds, CSFB, Bill Gates' vehicle and Craig McCaw's vehicle (MOT sold out at the Sept low - doh!). How these entities work it out with Sprint will dictate what the rest of us eventually expect in scraps, I suppose. NXTL has ~32%, conflicted position.

eod today, FON has given back 1/2 initial merger jump, NXTL gave back 2/3 and NXTP 1/2. May signify recognition NXTL (NXTP?) stockholders won't get much cash - who can say? MOT has recovered 1/2 its initial loss. NXTP seemed to stabilize - tipped up a bit late today on really big volume.
