Well he seemed to get angry and started lecturing me about how maninfla is putting out wrong info and what they have done and what the float was when they started managing the company and how he doesn't know why it isn't trading higher and blah blah blah blah blah.

But if you consider this. There are companies with floats in the billions that are trading higher than ICAN. MLON for example. If the float was maxed out at six billion wouldn't there be more volume given the amount of interest this has created (at least on this board)?
