ICAN just spoke with the CEO, he said the float is 203 mil and some change and that the O/S is 6 billion but the majority of it is restricted for two years and belongs to the venture capital group that invested in IBAC.

He said to expect the O/S and float numbers to be posted on their website by the end of the week.

He also said that he knows of maninfla and he doesn't understand his motivation of putting out false information and attempting to trash the stock.
