I am always suspicious of share structures especially if stocks have paid promotions going on. I have no idea if this one did. IF they say the float is low but yet it trades heavy thats a red flag. Again no idea if that was the case here

It's very possible there are many more shares. Something RAWNOC mentioned a few times.
