It does seem hard to believe they would bring Lord S. in on this without him knowing. That's definitely the most mind boggling question.

It's very possible there are many more shares. Something RAWNOC mentioned a few times.

All they presented was samples of cards and a bunch of fake numbers.

I think KD and AH discovered it was a scam around the POKEN time frame.

If you follow the timeline since Lord Steinberg's death you can see where there was definitely something awry.

Lee Cole, in my opinion, is the scammer behind all of this. There is no question there is nothing left here, if there were we would have heard something by now.
