goldbarren, ... The federal judge will need no letter from anyone to point out frivolity. The ad damnum of $3.8T is all he will need to read about.

Then, there will be the depositions of the plaintiffs where they will be asked if they ever said or read anything about the FedEx truck being hijacked and the Bush Crime Family and the Queen of England (or was that the Queen of Hearts!) being involved. And, they will be asked if they believed it when they said or read it. And, they will be asked if they believe it now. And, then they will be asked what evidence they have that any of it is remotely true.

And, after the depositions are filed along with a motion for summary judgment, judgment will be entered for the defendants and the sanctions portion of the case will begin. Too bad federal judges have no jurisdiction to remand parties to the State funny farm.

Hodges and the plaintiffs will find out that wasting a federal judge's time carries consequences. ... eom
