Me either Fraud.

This is some ambulance chaser that doesn't even know how to properly serve an I.R.S. employee. He managed to file the wrong paperwork but can't seem to get around to filing the corrected paperwork for a proper summons. He makes incompetent lawyers look like Clarence Darrow.
