Let's see here. Dean's been buying for his personal account while shares are being issued. That tells me that he is now putting some more skin in the game and putting his money where his mouth is. He's supporting the company AND the shareholders by buying shares to help raise the necessary cash to get us through the pinch caused by the funding delays, and he's not doing it with super discounted shares to himself as is common among the true scams.
