But, I can tell you that he expects something in writing to be filed jointly or by each of the attorneys on or before April 26, 2010 which shows they are actually working on this case.

This is the only thing I would concentrate on in any document filed:

"c. Damages: the realistic range of provable damages."

Hodges' claim of "provable damages" in the amount of $3.8T will probably cause the judge to ask him a few questions about where/when/how/why/what Hodges' has or expects to find to prove those damages.

Later, I suspect peals of laughter will emanate from the judge's chambers as he and his law clerk discuss Hodges' answer. ... eom
