I seen the share structure too, and what I saw was new shares added and the reason given was because Paul converted some of his personal preferred to common. Which is what he supposedly gave Sam Lee.

Going back to the terms of the deal.

We have never seen the terms of the deal and still haven't.

When we do see the terms of the deal we will have facts to build an opinion on.

Right now all we have is what message board posters claim happened, and Paul's complaint.
