Paul and Sam indicated they gave up personal shares to complete the deal resulting in a smaller potential profit for themselves.

So who has the most to gain/loss from this company = LEE

Lee is the one who would have been the BIGGEST WINNER if the device works and he had completed his aspect of the deal. PPS would have been shooting up and everyone would have been getting rich, so LEE would have been frickin rich.

You indicated reverse stock split - I don't see that because everyone is watered down and at the end less shares but at same percentage of ownership.
