Quick volume coming in on SLXP now.

$heff - In your opinion about FDA approvals, does the FDA inform the company only? I am wondering if the company has advanced knowledge before putting out a PR and leakouts can cause the stock to go up or down. In my limited experience, I haven't seen the market get advanced whiff of FDA decisions.
