and this my friend is where good technical analysis comes in. First I would like to say that while there is some distortion, it is not to the point where the indicators are unreliable. There are MANY others besides A/D to help you decide what the stock is doing. Two I would point out now is CMF (chalkin money flow) as well as the pattern of the chart.

CMF- you will normally only see growth in a stock when CMF is in the negative, which it still is.

chart shape- if you observe the past 10 chart candles if this was going down it would have done so by now (and by down I mean to 4 and 5 cent levels). We have held strong at the .08 cent support level so this tells us consolidation is occurring. A healthy stock must consolidate at certain undetermined levels on its way up. This, my friend, seems to be one of those levels.
