I understand the part TPM's will play in Legrande, Longhorn, but show me where it says "all military hardware purchases must now include tpm's". Show me where it says Dell will supply tpm's in this article.

How do you know they are not referring to a dongle for authentication? You are guessing but as always you state it as fact.
