He could move the assets from PPTL into Independence Energy and there probably would nothing we could do to stop it. Our shares are not voting shares so he can basically do whatever he wants with the assets of the Company. He can scuttle the baggage of PPTL and start over without encumbrance with Independence Energy. Even the new Company name, maybe not by chance, reflects that possibility. I hope that is not what the guy is doing, but the fact he is not communicating with shareholders and is running another energy company in parallel makes me suspect that this is exactly what he is doing. Again, no proof, just one theory. If this what he is doing then he is a real low life!
