I liked VTSS for a trade this morning also, and had a buy order in for it - at 1.31. Never got close.

I think the selling on VTSS from the removal from S&P was overdone, thus making it undervalued relative to the rest of the group. Longer term, I think it is far too early to be buying in the sector.

Just my opinion, though.
