You are right and wrong Tufan.
You are right that 40% of 900M is 360 Mil, not 600 Mil.
Add 360Mil to 900Mil and you get 1,260 Mil
They get 40% of the current OS but when you reverse the math after adding the shares you find that 360 Mil is only 28.57% of the 1,260 Mil OS total.
In order for them to receive a full 40% of the OS total after shares added they would need the full 600Mil assuming a current OS of 900Mil prior to adding the class B shares.
