Ok, if we max out, that means that total O/S would be 1.5 billion so 40% of 1.5 billion would be 600 million

so 1.5 billion (Total O/S on that day) plus 600 million would be 2.1 billion.

That cannot be achieved without increasing A/S again. But Dean mentioned in the PR thats A/S was specifically increased to accomodate 40% to the lender............jmo.
