How does he know the fundamentals haven't dropped 75% over the last 4 months, how does he know there even are or were, any fundamentals?

LOL too bad their supposedly wise legal beagle D. Roger has gagged them....would have loved to read Urbie's version rather than having to read Shane's pdf Sedar filings.
