I was recently diagonosed with having a level 1 - related to one of the valves not closing perfectly while on a trip in Europe. About 4-5 days after i get there - had irregular heart beat

Same guy with high tryglicerides and cholesterol who sought your advice a few months back. Cholesterol was 215 and now 160. Tryglicerides were high 850 went to 400 and I am due for another check.

In the context of the above, would the mitral etc condition get worse over time even if i bring my cholesterol and tryglicerides in check? and get more exercise? TIA for replies.

Or maybe is the MNTA action of late that is giving me these palpitations...
