Of course it's held up. If Durando and crew didn't hold it up they wouldn't be able to sell their CD's and Warrants that are then converted into discounted outstanding shares and DUMPED into the market on the FLUFF PR's. Net result, Durando gets money up front for the sell of the CD's and Warrants, the owners of said products get their profit on the sell of the discounted shares.

It's also, referred to as "Death Spiral Financing" (see Wikopedia for definition). The 9+ year declining trendline represents this perfectly. And, its one of the many reasons you don't see any institutional or VC (venture capital) smart money investors involved in this company. mPhase solely relies on the sale of retail stock to keep the money coming in...they've done this tactic with FOUR completely different projects of different technologies over the years.

It's one of the oldest insider money making tactics in pinkie and ob land. And, mPhase has been doing it since 1996.
