It’s a classic CATCH-22: no one wants to build out the CNG infrastructure until there are more CNG cars, and no one (except buyers of corporate fleets) wants a CNG car until there is more infrastructure. So I’d probably have to vote with Tillerson too, although I hope for the sake of the country that he turns out to be wrong.
